Everyone loves Asian style dishes and they’re not as hard to make as you might think.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE STIR-FRIED PORK WITH HO FUN NOODLES?

Combine all the ingredients for the velveting mixture in a bowl and mix well.

Add pork to the mixture, mixing well and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.

In a saute pan melt butter and add finely minced celery, carrots, and onion. Saute until softened

Mix sauce ingredients the in another bowl.

Heat Mazola Corn oil in a wok or large saute pan over high heat until it begins to shimmer.

Add the pork to the pan and quickly fry it for 1-2 minutes until pork is almost done. 

Remove the pork from the pan and place over a wire grate to allow it to drain.

Pour the oil out of the pan, reserving 2 tablespoons.

Cook Ho Fun noodles as directed on package.

After the noodles have started cooking place the saute pan back on the stove and finish the stir fry.

Add the 2 tablespoons of oil back to the pan. Add in ginger, garlic and scallions (white).

Return the pork to pan along with vegetables.

Cook for about 2 minutes until the sauce mixture thickens. Serve over cooked Ho Fun Noodles and garnish with scallions.
