Do you love flavorful spicy dishes? I do, and one of my favorites is my Cajun-Style Shrimp and Sausage. Served over a bed of rice this hearty meal is sure to please your friends and family!

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE?

Coat the shrimp with one tablespoon of the cajun seasoning.

Using the same pan, add the butter to the pan juices. Add the onion and peppers to the pan and sautéfor 3-5 minutes.

Add the okra, sausage and garlic to the pan and continue to sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Add the chicken broth, cream and Romano cheese to the pan.

Reseason to your taste with sea salt and black pepper. Add the shrimp back into the pan.

Serve over brown rice or your favorite grain.
