– Cream Cheese – Brown Sugar  – Flour – Cinnamon – All-spice – Vanilla – Salt – Large Eggs – Packed Pumpkin

Make the graham cracker crust by processing graham crackers and melted butter in a food processor. Place on the center rack of a preheated 350-degree oven for about 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese with a stand mixer until smooth. Slowly add in the brown sugar and keep mixing.

Add in the flour, cinnamon, allspice, salt, eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin puree. Mix for 2 -3 minutes until well blended  and smooth.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared crust and place in a preheated 350-degree oven for one hour.
