Make the crust by pulsing the Oreos until they are cookie crumbs. Then add the melted butter. Once moistened, press the cookie mixture into the pie dish.
While the crust is baking, ddd the eggs and granulated sugar to a small saucepan. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.
Whish eggs and sugar over medium low heat. It's done when it reaches a temperature of 165° F. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
Mix until smooth. Allow the mixture to cool until it’s just warm.
Meanwhile, with an electric mixer, beat the butter until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
