I love Peel and Eat Shrimp! It’s one of the easiest appetizers I make at home for friends  and family.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE RESTAURANT STYLE PEEL AND EAT SHRIMP?

Peel and Eat Shrimp: – Shrimp  – Beer  – Old bay seasoning for cooking – Lemon  – Pickling spice Cocktail Sauce: – Ketchup – Heinz chili sauce – Worcestershire sauce – Horseradish – Lemon juice

Fill a saucepan halfway with water then add the beer, Old Bay, pickling spice and the lemon halves with the juice squeezed into the water.

Bring the water to a boil, then add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for 2-4 minutes depending upon their size. I cooked my shrimp for 3 minutes and they were perfectly done.

When the shrimp have finished cooking, drain them into a colander and discard the lemon.

If you enjoy eating peel and eat shrimp hot you can serve them before they cool. Serve with lemon slices and cocktail sauce.
