Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 lb Jonah crab claws or stone crab claws

Crab Shack Mustard Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 4 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon A.1. Steak Sauce
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Garlic Butter

  • 1-2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Cocktail Sauce

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Steam claws for 3-4 minutes just long enough to warm them or serve them cold

Crab Shack Mustard Sauce

  • Mix all ingredients together until well-combined.
  • Keep refrigerated.

Garlic Butter

  • add chopped garlic in small saute pan with butter, allow butter to melt and garlic to cook without letting it burn.
  • serve warm
