Memphis Barbecue Sauce in a glass jar with a spoon coming out.

Memphis BBQ Sauce Recipe

Chef Ryan Littley
Memphis barbecue sauce is a tangy, slightly sweet sauce that compliments the rich flavors of grilled and smoked meats. It's the perfect condiment for pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches.
