Cook elbow macaroni per instructions on the box. Drain macaroni and place back into a hot pot.
Add butter, milk and cream cheese and blend well.
With the pot over low heat add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted. Add additional milk if necessary.
Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste

Place bacon on a parchment lined cookie sheet and place in 425 degree F. preheated oven for 18-20 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels and allow to cool. Chop bacon when cool and place into a serving bowl.
Chop red onion and place into a serving bowl.
Place condiments and cheese in serving bowls
Cook hot dogs on preheated grill. Roll hot dogs every few minutes to get good grill marks on them.
