Ingredients

  • 6 oz smoked trout
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper or black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, paprika, white pepper, fresh lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce to a medium mixing bowl (or food processor) and whip until well blended and creamy.
  • Break the trout up into small pieces, then add it to the mixture.
  • Fold the smoked trout into the cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula.
  • Refrigerate the dip for at least one hour prior to serving to allow flavors to bloom.
  • Serve with your favorite charcuterie items such as crostini, cucumbers, peppers, celery, and carrots.
