When it comes to vegetables potatoes are king and my roasted potato wedges are one of my favorite ways to serve the king of vegetables.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE Roasted Potato Wedges?

– Potatoes  – Olive oil – Kosher salt – Black pepper – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Cumin

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Add the seasonings to a small bowl and whisk to combine.

Instructions

Rinse the potatoes in cold running water, then pat dry with paper towels. Cut the potatoes into quarters then into wedges.

Add the wedges to a large bowl and toss them with olive oil, then season the oiled wedges with the seasoning blend.

Place the seasoned wedges cut side down in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
