Learn how to make delicious fish chowder right at home!

You will need:

Cook bacon in pot, then add in onions, celery, and carrots; cook

Reduce heat and add flour

Heat stock in sauce pan, then add to roux whisking well

Add the potatoes, corn, and fresh thyme into the pot

Add in milk and heavy cream; bring to boil, reduce heat, and cover

Allow to simmer 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add in halibut and black pepper. Stir, allow to simmer 15-20 minutes

Serve with crusty bread or crackers and enjoy!
