WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE Pasta Napoletana?

– Olive oil – Onion  – Garlic  – Cherry tomatoes canned – Table salt  – Black pepper  – Basil  – Italian parsley

Add the extra virgin olive oil to a large skillet (or large saucepan) and place it over medium heat. Sauté onions until soft and translucent.

Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce the heat to simmer.

Let the sauce cook for about 5-7 minutes until it’s slightly reduced, then add 2-3 tablespoons of the pasta water to the pan.

Taste the sauce and re-season as needed. Then add the chopped fresh basil and chopped fresh parsley to the sauce.
