– Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) – Dark soy sauce – Sesame oil – Mirin – Brown sugar – Pork tenderloins – Ginger – Garlic – Onion – Tomato paste – Soy sauce – Sea salt

 Trim pork tenderloin, removing the silver skin from the pork and any unwanted fat.

Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Place pork tenderloins to a large zippered plastic bag, then pour in the marinade.

 Remove pork tenderloins from the marinade and pat down any excess marinade. Next, liberally brush down the pork with the Korean barbecue sauce.

Place pork into the preheated oven for 15 minutes. I always use a meat thermometer to check the internal temp of the meats I cook.
