WHAT INGREDIENTS DO  I NEED TO MAKE GOUDA MAC AND CHEESE?

– Elbow macaroni  – Salted butter – All-purpose flour – Whole milk  – Gouda cheese – Sharp cheddar cheese – Salt – Black pepper

Make the roux by cooking flour in melted butter. Let the roux cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Instructions:

Gradually add hot milk to the roux. Simmer the sauce over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Once sauce thickens, add the shredded cheddar and Gouda to the sauce, stirring until well combined.

Add the salt and black pepper to the sauce, stirring to combine.
