WHAT INGREDIENTS DO  I NEED TO MAKE Easy Sponge Cake?

– Large eggs – Granulated sugar – All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Unsalted butter – Hot water – Vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add baking powder to the all purpose flour and sift it twice. Set aside.

Instructions:

Add the melted butter, hot water, and vanilla extract to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.

Add the eggs to the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whip on high speed.

Off-white Section Separator

Reduce the speed to medium, and add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time while continuing to whip.
