WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP?

– Unsalted butter – All-purpose flour – Celery  – Onion  – Mushrooms  – Garlic – Chicken broth – Beef broth – White wine or red wine – Heavy cream

Melt butter in a saucepan. Then add diced celery, and onions to melted butter and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add flour and mix well, reduce heat and continue to cook for about 6-7 minutes.
