Bring your pork shanks to the next level with this recipe!

You will need:

Start by coating pork in flour, salt and pepper

Add to oiled dutch oven and sear

Once seared, remove from dutch oven and cook vegetables

Add beer

Add in herbs

Remove 2/3 of veggies and add pork back in so it is mostly covered

Cover and place in over for 3 hours at 325 *F

Remove and enjoy!
