– Ricotta cheese – Mascarpone – Greek yogurt – Sugar – Large eggs – Flour – Grated peel of one Lemon – Lemon or lime – Vanilla – Salt

Add melted butter and combine. Press crust into the bottom of prepared springform pan.

Bake crust for 7-10 minutes, and allow to cool.

In the bowl of your mixer blend together the ricotta cheese, mascarpone, and Greek yogurt blend until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time until well blended. Next, add sugar, flour, salt, grated lemon peel, lemon juice, and vanilla.
