Bittersweet and White Chocolate Pate

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE BITTERSWEET AND WHITE CHOCOLATE PATE?

– Dark semi-sweet chocolate – Unsalted butter – Strong coffee or espresso – Chambord – Egg yolks  - White Chocolate - Heavy Cream - Kahlua

White Chocolate Pate: Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add butter and blend well. Add cream and Kahlua mix until well blended.

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks, until fully incorporated. Strain chocolate through a sieve.

Cool in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 3 hours. Lift out of loaf pan.

Chocolate Pate: Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add butter and blend well. Add coffee and Chambord mix until well blended.

Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks, until fully incorporated. Strain chocolate through a sieve into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap.

Cool in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 3 hours. Lift out of loaf pan and slice into triangles before serving.
