Tangerine Mango Smoothie
My Tangerine Mango Smoothie is a great way to start the day, or the perfect anytime energy boost when you feel yourself tiring out during the day.
- 1 cup mango chunks frozen
- 1 banana sliced
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or almond milk
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup tangerine juice frozen into cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend at high speed for 1-2 minutes until thick, creamy, and lump-free.
Check consistency and add more (unfrozen) tangerine juice if needed.
