Creamy Dill Yogurt Sauce
My creamy dill yogurt sauce is made with simple ingredients and takes minutes to make. It makes a delicious dip, sauce, or condiment.

- 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
- ¼ cup fresh dill use ½ cup if you like a stronger dill flavor.
- 1 - 2 teaspoon garlic pressed or finely minced
- 1 lemon zest from one lemon
- 1 lemon juice from one lemon
- ½ teaspoon table salt more or less to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper more or less to taste
- drizzle of olive oil
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl.
Whisk to combine.
drizzle a little olive oil on the top of of the sauce.
