My creamy dill yogurt sauce is made with simple ingredients and takes minutes to make. It makes a delicious dip, sauce, or condiment.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ¼ cup fresh dill use ½ cup if you like a stronger dill flavor.
  • 1 - 2 teaspoon garlic pressed or finely minced
  • 1 lemon zest from one lemon
  • 1 lemon juice from one lemon
  • ½ teaspoon table salt more or less to taste
  • teaspoon black pepper more or less to taste
  • drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a small bowl.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • drizzle a little olive oil on the top of of the sauce.
