Easy Sriracha Mayo

Made with simple ingredients, this creamy, zesty sriracha mayo takes all of 5 minutes to make and will definitely perk up your tastebuds!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Sriracha sauce more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh garlic pressed or minced

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Allow to rest in the refrigerator one hour before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • Show bowl of mayo with crispy sweet potato fries and as a condiment on turkey and swiss sandwich with lettuce and tomato.

Notes

Can I adapt the recipe?

It's easy to adapt the recipe to your taste preferences. If you're not a fan of sriracha, you can add your favorite type of hot sauce instead.
Not a fan of mayonnaise? You can use Greek yogurt, sour cream, or vegan mayo as a replacement. But it may alter the taste and texture slightly.
For a spicier sauce, add more sriracha; for a milder sauce, reduce the amount of sauce added. For a touch of sweetness, add a little honey to the sauce.
