Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds lamb chops 12 pieces
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon shallots minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Combine the seasonings, fresh herbs in a small bowl and mix them with the olive oil. Add the mixture to a medium size baking dish that the lamb chops will fit in for the marinating process.
  • Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels before adding them to the marinade.
  • Add the lamb chops to the oil mixture and allow to marinate for 20 minutes
  • Turn the chops over and continue to marinate for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Place a large skillet over medium high heat and when the pan is hot, carefully place the lamb chops into the pan.
  • Sear the lamb chops for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
