Add the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to a bowl.

Whisk to combine. Set aside until needed.

Add the room temperature butter to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle.

Whip on medium speed, until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl.
