– Unsalted butter – Granulated sugar  – Eggs – All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Coarse sea salt  – Water – Whole milk – Heavy cream – Vanilla bean paste

Add the whole milk and vanilla bean seeds to a medium saucepan over medium heat and heat until very hot.

Add the granulated sugar, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, egg yolks, and eggs to a medium bowl.
