– Unsalted butter  – Granulated sugar – Large eggs – Sour cream  – Vanilla – Cake flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Sea salt – Light brown sugar  – All-purpose flour – Ground cinnamon – Sea salt – Unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cream the butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment for 4 to 5 minutes, until light.

Add the room-temperature eggs 1 at a time to the butter mixture. Mix each egg into the creamed mixture.

Add the sour cream and vanilla to the mixture (Greek yogurt can be substituted for sour cream). Mix until well blended.

In another bowl, add the cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Sift the ingredients together.
