Piña Colada and Rum Runner

Ingredients

Piña Colada - Traditional

  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces Puerto Rican rum
  • 2 ounces cream of coconut

Creamy Frozen Piña Colada

  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 ounces cream of coconut
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 2 ounces Puerto Rican rum
  • 1 cup ice cubes crushed
  • Blend at high speed until smooth . Pour into a large glass or Tiki mug. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. 10 to 20 seconds

Florida Pineapple Rum Sangria

  • 4 ounces white wine
  • 1 ounce Puerto Rican Rum
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • orange wedge
  • lime wedge
  • pineapple wedge

Instructions

Piña Colada - Traditional

  • mix all the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and mix well serving over crushed ice with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry

Creamy Frozen Piña Colada

  • Crush ice cubes in blender before adding additional ingredients
  • Blend all the ingredients together at high speed until smooth (10 to 20 seconds).
  • Pour into a large glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!

Florida White Run Sangria

  • muddle the orange and lime wedge in the bottom of the shaker
  • add ice to shaker
  • add the liquid ingredients and shake
  • serve in a wine glass garnished with a pineapple wedge
  • mix all the liquid ingredients together
