Can I make adjustments to the recipe?
Yes, you can. You can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to make the recipe. You can also replace the mayonnaise with sour cream or Greek yogurt. The flavor will be subtly different but still delicious. You can also use whipped cream cheese to make this yummy sauce.
For a touch of heat, add your favorite hot sauce, cayenne pepper, or chopped jalapeno peppers (or chipotle peppers) to the mixture.
If you prefer a less spicy sauce, cut back on the jalapeno juice, or leave it out altogether.
