- 7 ounce chipotles in adobo sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream or Mexican crema
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoon cilantro finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika or smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
Process ingredients until smooth.
Taste and reseason with salt and additional lime juice if needed.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
Serve drizzled over roasted cauliflower, and grilled chicken.
