- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste or ketchup
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
- ¼ teaspoon salt to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon water as needed
- hot sauce *optional to taste
Add the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, tomato paste, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, granulated sugar, melted unsalted butter, salt, and black pepper to a small bowl.
Add water as needed to get the desired consistency.
For best results, allow the sauce to chill for at least one hour, overnight is best.
