Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste or ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ teaspoon salt to taste
  • teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon water as needed
  • hot sauce *optional to taste

Instructions

  • Add the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, tomato paste, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, granulated sugar, melted unsalted butter, salt, and black pepper to a small bowl.
  • Add water as needed to get the desired consistency.
  • For best results, allow the sauce to chill for at least one hour, overnight is best.
