WHAT INGREDIENTS DO  I NEED TO MAKE OVEN BAKED TOMAHAWK PORK CHOPS?

– Rack of tomahawk pork chops – Sea salt – Black pepper – Garlic  – Onion powder – Rosemary  – Mustard powder

Combine all the seasonings to make the dry rub. Mix well.

Instructions:

Rub the seasoning mix into both sides of the pork, working the rub into the meat so the flavors can permeate.

After seasoning the pork, double wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24-48 hours.
