This is without a doubt one of the best Tomato soups you will ever have. Real tomatoes with ingredients you can trust. Now that's tomato soup!
I Hope you enjoy it as much as my girls do!
Tomato Bisque goes so well with so many dished, but being brainwashed as a child my first thoughts are to a great grilled cheese sandwich! But it is also a great first course for just about any meal! If you enjoyed this recipe you might also like my Italian Wedding Soup.

Your recipe really looks heavenly, Chef Dennis. My husband, who loves tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches, would absolutely adore this. Your labor obviously paid off! (This is exactly the kind of formula I am grateful to stumble across in food blogs–one that's original, that's been created through trial and error by someone who's highly skilled in the kitchen, and one that's enormously well tested.) Beautiful!
Jane 🙂

Pass me some oyster crackers.
Mr. Jackhonky says
This sounds wonderful, even though I'm not a huge fan of tomato soup.
Would it work with fresh tomatoes instead of canned? I'm thinking the wonderful heirloom tomatoes that are coming into season would turn into love bisque, but perhaps the flavor would be too bright for the cream and cheese or it might be too watery?
Hmm… regardless, I might have to go and find my immersion blender for this one.
