What could be better than a mixed fruit upside down cake! Sweet pineapple, bananas, and cherries in an ooey gooey caramel sauce! Now that's an upside down cake!
How to make a mixed fruit upside down cake-
Hi everyone! I’m Muna, and I run a food blog called MunatyCooking. When I was a kid, I liked to spend time with my mom learning how to cook, so when other kids were busy playing and breaking windows, I was breaking eggs, cutting vegetables, and mixing ingredients in the kitchen.
Mixed Fruit Upside Down Cake is my family favorite dessert. It’s a moist, light cake, and with each bite, you can taste a different caramelized piece of fruit. I’ve used more caramel since this is how my family likes it, but you can always reduce it to half.
