On a recent road trip to Pine Island, Mazda was kind enough to lend me a Mazda CX-9 to test drive and share the experience with my readers. All opinions are honest and my own.
Because Driving Matters
It had been years since I’ve driven a Mazda and when the opportunity to test drive their stylish and luxurious CX-9 came up, I was more than happy to oblige. Not only was the vehicle Ah-mazing the level of customer service I received went well beyond what I expected. The nice folks at Drive Shop USA took great care of me delivering and picking up the SUV. Inside the Mazda CX-9, you’ll find abundant comfort, convenience, and space. It has ample seating for seven and a multitude of cargo options make it the perfect SUV for any adventure. And while a sense of indulgence and sophistication is felt throughout the cabin, they gave special attention to the most important seat—the drivers.
To elevate the driving experience, they greatly subdued the noise of engine vibrations by adding 53 pounds of sound-deadening material. Sound-insulating glass narrowed gaps, and more seal insulation further reduces wind noise. All this makes the Mazda CX-9 remarkably quiet, ensuring that the time you spend behind the wheel is less distracting and more relaxing.
I had so much fun discovering the added features of the CX-9 and loved how the changes really made driving fun. I particularly liked the all the safety features built into the vehicle. The Blind Spot Monitoring and lane departure system were amazing additions as well as the auto adjusting high beams, and windshield projection system that helps you keep your eyes where they belong, on the road!
The MAZDA CONNECT™4 Infotainment System was easy to use and the Bose sound system was a joy to listen to, but then again 12 speakers can make for some spectacular sounds.
